Using your dies from the Old time Postage set (or you can use any rectangle nesting dies), die cut a silver mirror mat that will fit onto your DL card blank. Die cut another from white card, using a die the next size down. 

Ink up this solid stamp with the Distress Inks and spritz lightly with water. Stamp across the bottom of the white card. 

Ink up the detailed stamp with the Midnight and stamp over the solid image. 

Smoosh the Hickory Smoke onto your glass mat, add a little water and splatter over your artwork with a paint brush. Set aside to dry.

Using the Old Postage dies, cut a tag from the silver mirror card and a "mat" from white card. 

Stamp your sentiment down one side of the tag and use your Distress inks to stamp an area of the floral stamp, off the opposite side of the tag. 

Adhere the stamped card onto the die cut tag and tie a piece of twine through the hole. 

To finish, adhere your stamped artwork onto your DL card blank and the tag top right.
