Trim a piece of white card to 5 1/4 x 7 1/4" and use a circle die to cut an aperture top centre. |
Trim down one of the scenic papers from the paper collection and adhere behind the die cut card so your focal image is visible within the aperture. |
Mat on to black card trimmed to 5 1/2 x 7 1/2" and then on to your Fushia card blank. |
Die cut the birds from Moonlit Skies, in black cardstock and use your white gel pen to add accents and highlights as required. |
Using the dies as a guide, cut ONE drop from the Typewriter washi roll. Lift up the backing sheet along one end of the tape and adhere across the top of an A4 sheet of white card. Slowly peel away the backing, as you use your hand to smooth the washi tape down on to the card. Once the backing has been fully removed, you can burnish the washi to ensure there are no air bubbles or creases. |
Secure the first die in place with low tack tape before running it through your machine. |
Line up the second die, secure in place and run it through your machine.
Once all elements are die cut, pop out the sentiments, pick out the one you are using for this project and keep the rest in a tub for future projects. |
Adhere your die cut birds and chosen sentiments in place, to complete your card. |
