Cut a piece of black card 5 x 9" and score along the 9" side at 3" and 6". Fold to create this Z-fold card blank. |

Cut THREE tags (4 1/2 x 2" tag) from black card stock, using dies from the Tagged die set. |

Cut THREE panels from the Peaceful Moment paper pack and adhere to the panels on your Z-fold card, as shown here. |

Trim THREE of the Peaceful Moment Toppers and adhere to the tags. |
|
Choose which will go on the front of your card blank and stamp your sentiment in Midnight. |

Punch a hole in the top of each tag and secure the twine. |
|
Adhere each topper panel to the three pages of your Z-fold card, so the tops overhang as seen here. |
|
Adhere sequins to your card as required, to finish. |
