Cut the top of your card blank to create a "tag" card as shown here. Use your blending brush to distress around the edges, with Black Soot Oxide. |
Draw around the tag on to this decorative paper from the Wistful Charm paper pad. Cut out and distress the edges with your scissors. |
Tear out this floral vintage image, as well as strips of paper, from one of the coordinating papers. Ink around all the edges of the papers with Hickory Smoke. |
Layer up and adhere your torn papers and embellishments to your tag card, as required. |
Fussy cut a few floral and foliage elements, from one of the Wistful Charm Painted Mounts. |
Using the dies as a guide, cut ONE drop from the typewriter washi roll. Lift up the backing sheet along one end of the tape and adhere across the top of an A4 sheet of white card. Slowly peel away the backing, as you use your hand to smooth the washi tape down on to the card. Once the backing has been fully removed, you can burnish the washi to ensure there are no air bubbles or creases. NB: You can use these as "stickers" by NOT adhering to A4 card but die cutting the washi tape directly! For this project I chose to use mine as "stickers" but the choice is yours. |
Line up the first die and secure with low tack tape before running it through your machine. |
Line up the second die and run it through your machine. Pop out all the sentiments, pick out the one you are using for this project and keep the rest in a tub for future projects. |
Adhere your fussy cut floral elements and die cut sentiment tabs, where required, to finish your project. |
