Trim a piece of white card to 6 3/4 x 4 3/4". Place inside your Quattro D Sunflower embossing folder so the Sunflower is positioned off the left edge of your card. Run it through your machine and set to one side. |
Each of the stencils in the Quattro D Sunflower collection are numbered and have hearts in the corner to help you line each one up, if required. Use your blending tool to apply ink through each stencil, on to white card trimmed to 7 x 5", as follows: Stencil 1 Sherbet (with light pressure) Stencil 2 Sherbet with more intensity and Bittersweet at the base and tips of the petals Stencil 3 Hedgerow Stencil 4 Tiffany on the foliage and Walnut Stain and Black Soot in the centre of the Sunflower |
Stamp over your stencilled image with the Midnight hybrid ink. |
Use the coordinating die to cut it out. |
Line up the die cut Sunflower inside the embossing folder and run it through your machine. |
Tear two strips of vellum, one wider than the other and both about 5 1/2" in length. Place them along the base of your embossed Sunflower background, tuck the edges over and secure on the reverse of your card with double-sided tape. |
Adhere to your 7 x 5" kraft card blank. |
Use the Stickles to add a touch of sparkle to the centre of the embossed Sunflower. |
Use foam pads to adhere your 3D die cut Sunflower slightly to the right of the embossed flower, trimming off any overhang as needed. |
Add Stickles around the centre of the 3D Sunflower before setting your card to one side. |
Usng the "Beautiful" dies from the Quattro D Charlotte collection, die cut the detailed word in white card and the mat in black, then glue together. |
To finish, use foam pads to adhere your sentiment across the bottom of your Sunflower |
