Wipe over the white, landscape card, cut to 6 1/2 x 4 1/4", with an anti-static bag. Ink up City Streets with the WOW sticky embossing ink pad and stamp on to the card. Apply the white embossing powder over your sticky image, then once your heat tool is hot, heat set the powder. Ensure you move the heat tool as soon as the powder turns, as this will reduce warping the card or burning the powder. |
Apply the Surfboard and Redwood inks on to your glass mat, add water and paint the Union Jack. |
Use the Redwood to paint the Double Decker Bus and Telephone Box. |
Use Black Soot Distress Ink watered down, to paint the rest of the landscape elements, intensifying the black when colouring in the Black Cab. |
Once the artwork is dry, adhere on to the black cardstock. |
Adhere to the front of your red, landscape card blank and set to one side. |
Ink up our handsome young man, from the Imala Impossible Collection, with the Midnight Hybrid ink and stamp on to the white card, cut to 7x5". Paint using Redwood and Black Soot, then cut him out, setting the remaining white card to one side. Once the ink is dry, add accents and highlights with a white gel pen. |
Adhere our young man to the left of our London streets, with foam pads. |
Ink up the sentiment, from the Impossible set, with Midnight and stamp on to the white card you set aside. Cut down the sentiment and use your black pen to frame each word strip. |
Finally, adhere your word sentiments, where required. I tucked mine just behind our young man. |
