Ink up this stamp, from the collection You Do You, with the Versafine and stamp on to a masking sheet or copy paper. Cut it out, keeping as close to the lines as you can, to create a mask. |
Place your mask just off the left side edge, of the 7 3/4 x 5 1/4" white card. |
Ink up the Cafe stamp with the Surfboard and spritz lightly with water, before stamping across your mask, as shown here. |
Whilst the ink is still wet, paint your image, blending out the ink for both the sky and foreground. You can also add more ink to create depth and shade, as required.
Ink up the Wildflower stamp with the Surfboard, lightly spritz with water and stamp randomly around the top and bottom of your artwork. |
Carefully remove the mask and dry your artwork thoroughly. |
Ink up You Do You, with the Versafine and stamp in the masked off area. Dry the ink with your heat tool. Using a paintbrush and water (or diluted houdehold bleach), lift out the ink within the stamped Roses, to make them pop. NB: when I used diluted bleach I found the ink gained a green hue...which i really liked! Dry your artwork.
Apply a little of the Magenta to your glass mat, add water and paint your stamped lady as required. I wanted to keep the colours delicate but you can go as dark or as vibrant as you want. |
Ink up the sentiment with the Versafine and stamp on to the 3 1/2 x 1" white card. Cut the sentiment in to panels and go round the edges of each, with your black pen. Adhere to the bottom right of your artwork. |
Adhere your artwork to the black card, cut to 8 x 5 1/2". |
Adhere to the front of your pink card blank, to finish. |
